How to Do It

Good Examples

  • Boundaries: A manager frowns when inappropriate behavior occurs, signaling disapproval without words.

Bad Examples

  • Chronic Negativity: Constant frowning at colleagues, even unintentionally, creates a hostile or unapproachable atmosphere.
