Players: 2-4
Deck: Standard 52-card deck (remove Jokers)

Objective

Build your kingdom by recruiting warriors, gathering resources, and defeating opponents. The last player standing or the first to reach 50 Kingdom Points (KP) wins.

Setup

  1. Each player starts with 20 HP (Health Points) and 5 Kingdom Points (KP).
  2. Shuffle the deck and deal 5 cards to each player.
  3. The remaining deck forms the Draw Pile in the center.
  4. Flip the top card of the deck to create a Discard Pile.

Card Types & Effects

Each card has a different effect based on suits and values:

Hearts (💖) – Healing Spells

  • 2-10: Restore HP equal to the card’s value.
  • Face Cards (J, Q, K): Restore 10 HP.
  • Ace: Fully heal yourself or another player.

Diamonds (♦) – Kingdom Points (KP)

  • 2-10: Gain KP equal to the card’s value.
  • Face Cards: Gain 10 KP.
  • Ace: Double your current KP.

Clubs (♣) – Attack

  • 2-10: Deal damage equal to the card’s value to an opponent.
  • Face Cards: Deal 10 damage.
  • Ace: Steal 5 KP from another player and deal 10 damage.

Spades (♠) – Defense & Special Moves

  • 2-10: Block that much damage for the next round.
  • Face Cards: Reflect half the damage back at the attacker for one turn.
  • Ace: Negate one attack completely.

Game Flow

  1. Draw a Card – At the start of your turn, draw a card from the deck or take the top card from the Discard Pile.
  2. Play a Card – Choose a card to play and apply its effect.
  3. Discard – Place your played card into the Discard Pile.
  4. End Turn – The next player takes their turn.

Hand Limit: If you have more than 7 cards at the end of your turn, discard down to 7.

Winning the Game

  • The first player to reach 50 KP wins.
  • If all opponents are eliminated (HP reaches 0), the last player standing wins.

Strategy Tips

  • Balance Attack & Defense: Don’t just attack—defend with Spades to avoid losing HP too quickly.
  • Save Aces for Critical Moments: Aces are game-changers, so use them wisely.
  • Target the Strongest Player: If someone is close to 50 KP, team up to stop them!
