If you’re tired of managing your Sim’s hunger, energy, or bathroom breaks in The Sims 4, you’re not alone. Luckily, there are a few easy ways to make your Sim have no needs at all—whether you want to freeze them, instantly fill them, or remove them completely. Here’s how to do it using cheats, traits, or mods.

🧪 Option 1: Use Cheats to Freeze or Fill Needs

🛑 Step 1: Enable Cheats

Before using any need-related cheat, open the cheat console:

  • PC: Press Ctrl + Shift + C
  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + C
    Then type:
nginxCopyEdittestingcheats true

✅ Fill All Needs Instantly

Use the following cheat to max out all your Sim’s needs:

CopyEditsims.fill_all_commodities

Or fill one need at a time:

nginxCopyEditfillmotive motive_hunger

(Replace hunger with: fun, energy, bladder, hygiene, or social)

❄️ Freeze (Lock) All Needs

Shift + click on your Sim (with cheats enabled), then choose:

nginxCopyEditCheat Need > Disable Need Decay

➡️ This will stop all needs from decaying.

To re-enable them:

nginxCopyEditCheat Need > Enable Need Decay

🧬 Option 2: Use a Trait to Stop Needs Completely

Use this cheat to make all needs static permanently:

kotlinCopyEdittraits.equip_trait NeedsStatic

Your Sim will no longer experience any need decay at all.
To remove it later, use:

kotlinCopyEdittraits.remove_trait NeedsStatic

🔧 Option 3: Use Mods for Easy Need Control

If you prefer a visual interface:

  • MC Command Center (MCCC): Offers full need management.
  • UI Cheats Extension: Lets you click and drag needs directly in the UI—super convenient.

Final Tip

Want your whole household to be needs-free? You can apply these cheats to each Sim individually, or use mods to apply changes globally.

With these options, you can focus on storytelling, building, or chaos—without worrying about when your Sim last showered. 🛁✨ Let me know if you want a no-needs setup for pets or NPCs too!
