How to Use
- Add up to 12 short task names.
- Rate each on 1 to 5 for Impact, Urgency, Effort, and Risk. Higher is stronger for Impact and Urgency. Lower is easier and safer for Effort and Risk.
- Set weights once. The sheet auto-reverses Effort and Risk and calculates a weighted total.
- Sort to reveal what to do first. Use the matrix to sanity-check by importance and urgency.
- If two are tied, run the pairwise tiebreak to pick the next move.
