Over time, unresolved tension can manifest as chronic pain, fatigue, or anxiety. Stillness, too, can feel unsettling. In a world that values productivity and movement, many struggle with rest, even when their bodies crave it. The inability to slow down is not just about habit—it is often a sign that the body and mind have been conditioned to equate stillness with discomfort or lack of purpose. Instead, the focus should be on building the capacity to allow healing to happen naturally.
